Education, work, and housing are central areas for leading a fulfilling life in society. However, these qualities of life are often not available to people with autism and are anything but a given. Therefore, this conference proceedings for the 15th Federal Conference of the Federal Association of Autism Germany e.V. is dedicated to the topics of "Learning - Work - Quality of Life." The contributions illustrate the multifaceted nature of these aspects and how diverse and complex the responses to societal questions can be. The most important new findings from research and science are presented, along with contemporary approaches to therapy and support for people with autism. It is emphasized how crucial early diagnosis and early support are, as they can significantly influence further development.
