The Huichungong - also known as "Rejuvenation Qigong" - combines intense movements with visualizations that positively enhance the effects of the exercises. The joints become more flexible, the body's mobility increases, and the functioning of the internal organs is stimulated. Until the 1980s, this special form of Qigong was taught only at the legendary Huashan School and at the imperial court. All exercises are described in detail, and numerous photographs facilitate the entry into practice.
