Murmel Comics are comics for everyone. In the Murmel Comics anthologies, which have been published two to three times a year in Vienna since 1999, stories are told through images. The artistic ability or lack thereof does not matter, as no one who wants to tell a story or draw should be excluded – there is no such thing as too bad or too good. Murmel counters the tyranny of quality with an open, participatory system. Anyone who wants to participate can send their comics to the Murmel headquarters and will be published. This book contains a selection of the best comics from 30 anthologies as well as 10 new comics.
