It's 1959, and once again Judy Cooper, better known as Black Stiletto in the streets of New York, is fighting for justice and the law. This time, she has set her sights on a dangerous gangster - the heroin king of Harlem - after discovering that he has been blackmailing her martial arts trainer and has kidnapped his underage daughter. At the same time, Black Stiletto is grappling with her own problems. A shady filmmaker threatens to expose her secret identity, a close friend of her guardian and mentor appears to be an accomplice of the gangsters from Harlem, and on top of that, she has lost her heart; unfortunately to an FBI agent who has been ordered to turn her over to the authorities. In the present, Judy's son, Martin Talbot, is facing similar turmoil. Apparently, he is not the only one.
