Eva Ulmer-Janes has been engaged with shamanic traditions for over 30 years, working to adapt ancient knowledge for our cultural context. She is convinced that many models of thought and methods from tribal cultures are well-suited to ease our everyday lives. Polarity is a fundamental condition of our existence, a truth that humanity has recognized for millennia; it is as natural as breathing in and out. There is no escaping this law of nature.
