Disguised as Santa Claus, Romy breaks into the homes of wealthy families to distribute the loot among the poor like a modern-day Robin Hood. One night, however, she is caught by Countess Sandra Austel, leading to a scuffle, and Sandra wakes up after a knockout in Romy's forest cabin. Initially, the Countess is not pleased to be at the mercy of the peasant Romy, and their mutual dislike is evident—but it doesn't last long.
