It offers many culinary combinations and information on storage – thus combining cultural history and a cookbook in one. The Little Gourmandises aim to uncover hidden treasures that have somewhat fallen into oblivion. We are starting the series with volumes on Quince, Chestnuts, and Beetroot. Three additional volumes will be released every six months.
