Dear readers, during my nearly twelve years of work as the leader of a self-help group for people with tumors and diseases of the pancreas and its neighboring organs, I have found that both diet and incorrect dosing and intake of enzymes are major causes of many digestive problems. After we published our first cookbook "Delicious Light Wholefood" in 2008 and it was a great success, we came up with the idea of collecting and publishing favorite recipes from TEB members. Ms. Spies, a dietitian and member of our medical advisory board, has adapted some of the recipes to make the dishes more tolerable and digestible for those affected.
