Susanne Oswald, born in 1964, lives in St. Georgen in the Black Forest, where she runs a mustard factory with her husband. After studying at the University of Applied Sciences in Kehl, where she graduated as a Dipl.-Public Administrator (FH), she trained to become a naturopath. She worked in the higher administrative service and spent ten years as a naturopath. Since 2009, she has been working full-time as a writer. She has her own pug, dreams of having five goats and two alpacas, and continually finds new stories among stones and plants that want to be told.
