About the Work

This standard work on trademark law explains the Trademark Act based on European Union law, the legal changes of the Trademark Act compared to the Trademark Protection Act, the case law particularly of the CJEU, BGH, and BPatG, an overview of the regulations of Union trademark law, the TRIPS Agreement, the Paris Convention (keyword: well-known marks), as well as the Madrid Protocol (keyword: international trademarks).
