Thea Dorn's first play takes place on a Parisian night in May 1992, where the 92-year-old and already quite frail Marlene Dietrich receives an unexpected visit from the just one year younger, yet grotesquely vital Leni Riefenstahl, just before her death. The battle of the giants begins, as the antifascist angel and the brown witch clash. The lines seem to be drawn, but their nocturnal wrestling match becomes a puzzling game between housewife and Amazon, androgynous vamp and asexual nature child, culminating in a German sister fairy tale, love, and behind it, death.
