Product details

A safety knife that also performs as a utility knife? The new SECUBASE 383 can do both. Its cutting tool is equipped with an automatic blade retraction feature to prevent cutting injuries. However, certain cutting applications are better handled with a fixed blade, including sawing. For this purpose, you can optionally lock the blade in seven different positions, allowing for efficient work.

"Long" is actually an understatement: with the SECUBASE 383, you can effortlessly and safely cut through 4-layer cartons, sack goods, paper sheets and rolls, construction foam, and Styrofoam boards. To access the long, flexible blade, use the blue blade change button at the end of the handle. You can now pull out the inner part, including the slider. The blade is held in position by two magnets.
