The goal of the book is to serve as a valuable aid for those starting out in the municipal constitution of the state of Brandenburg. Additionally, it provides understandable solutions for complex municipal issues and outlines ways to implement these in practice. Written by administrative practitioners, this textbook includes numerous diagrams that illustrate the teaching material. A main statute and a set of rules as complementary municipal constitutional law are also included. The status of legislation, literature, and case law has been taken into account up to December 31, 2024.
