A fairy named Mama Mia, Marlo from the city of Abstrakta, a talking tree, the king's bride, and a Japanese vampire are just a few of the imaginative characters gathered in this book. They were created by six enthusiastic student writers from the Heinrich-Kraft-Schule as part of the "Creative Writing" workshop. Author and workshop leader Yvonne Pioch provided inspiration for the stories using many colorful notes with prompts like "pink tennis ball," "99 balloons," or "unicorn." The project was funded by the Edmund Vey Foundation.
