After we had opened the door a crack, we already saw numerous boxes and drawers with strange symbols and labels. They contained peculiar terms like "situational awareness," "dynamic leadership," "resources and performance." Checklists and CIRS forms hung on the walls. A mirror for self-reflection seemed as bizarre to us as the numerous green balls scattered all over the floor. What a strange room this was! What was hidden in the boxes, and what was all this for?
