Concept: The book is designed according to the guidelines of the new Lehrplan Plus for the subject "Legal Studies" in the 11th grade of the FOS in Bavaria (starting from the 2017/2018 school year). Each topic area is introduced through a practical, life- or career-oriented scenario. Competency-oriented tasks encourage students to mentally engage with the respective scenario, examine it for its legal aspects, and evaluate it. In this way, students acquire competencies that enable them to understand and critically assess legal matters in their various societal roles, allowing them to make sustainable and ethically responsible decisions.
