With fun and excitement to becoming a hedgehog expert! Many first and second graders can share a special hedgehog experience: hedgehogs rustling in the garden at night, finding hedgehog babies under a pile of leaves, but unfortunately also seeing hedgehogs that have been run over by cars at the roadside. The topic of hedgehogs has a direct connection to the children's reality and is excellent for classroom instruction. This learning workshop features 20 exciting activities that address typical questions children have about the three areas: characteristics, food, and habitat of hedgehogs. The children will independently conduct model experiments, solve puzzles, interpret animal tracks, and read interesting factual texts.
