In school, everyone talks to each other, and many realize that understanding one another can sometimes be difficult. Nonviolent communication aims to help us understand each other more easily by learning to express what is alive in us at this moment: our feelings and needs. Discovering feelings and needs for life and work in school and perceiving them in a life-serving way is beneficial for learning processes in various contexts. This workbook is designed as a supplementary resource to the foundational book "Nonviolent Communication in Schools" by Gottfried Orth and Hilde Fritz. The worksheets facilitate and support the engagement with the principles of Nonviolent Communication in the classroom for secondary levels I and II. They can be directly integrated into the teaching.
