Mobile TV means being able to receive television offerings on portable devices. In the future, it will be possible to consume television programs while on a train, plane, or in a car. With DVB-H, broadcasting is transmitted in a way that allows for problem-free viewing even at high speeds. The mobile phone is expected to become the most common device, as it offers additional advantages beyond just television viewing compared to other devices. Mobile TV aims to combine various media and create a completely new entertainment market. From an institutional and regulatory perspective, television and mobile telephony have been viewed and utilized separately until now. This reality is set to change in the near future, considering the ongoing media convergence. This study aims to clarify how the business models of media are evolving.
