To help Jean-Charles learn German, his family spends their vacation at a German campsite. His father says he should really immerse himself in the language, but Jean-Charles is more interested in swimming in the sea. When he meets a boy his age and is supposed to talk to him, he jokingly invents a fantasy language and claims to his parents that it is Dutch. He comes up with one word after another: "Sprott" means flower, "Schrappatt" means tent, and he calls himself "Ichtazan." His parents are proud of their talented son and now greet the supposedly Dutch neighbors in their language as well ("Holla-i!). With the help of the new language, Jean-Charles and his new friend even manage to find their missing sisters - yes, foreign languages are very useful!
