Not just Trabant and Wartburg. Those who believe that only these two waved their two-stroke flags in East Germany are greatly mistaken. Because the streets of the workers' and farmers' state featured quite a variety. In the passenger car segment, for example, there were the F8, F9, and P70 models from IFA or EMW from Awtowelo, along with cars from neighboring Eastern European countries. In the truck category, models like Horch, Framo, or Barkas were available, again supplemented by vehicles from neighboring countries.
