Introduced in 1971, the SL series was proudly produced for 18 years, making it one of the longest-running model lines from Mercedes-Benz. As the successor to the "Pagoda" series, it introduced a new design language with its wide headlights and ribbed taillights, setting a style trend in the 1970s. It’s no wonder that the two-seater roadster R 107 and the C 107 five-seater coupe still have many fans today.
