Movement is a fundamental way of perceiving oneself and the world. This book discusses the essential contribution of sufficient movement opportunities to the development and education of children and adolescents in the context of school. It explores how movement, play, and sports can be integrated into the school day and how learning and life, teaching and offerings can be shaped in a movement-oriented manner within the framework of school development.
