How do 'orality' and 'expertise' manifest in texts, and what is their relationship to each other? The author addresses these questions within a text-linguistic framework. 'Orality' and 'expertise' are the two central reference dimensions of an analytical model developed in the first part of this work. Using this model, the second part describes a corpus of predominantly oral expert texts. The corpus includes representatives of various text types from the field of French notarial practice, taking into account both notarial training and professional practice in a notary office. The analysis shows that many characteristics of predominantly oral expert texts, which have rarely been systematically examined so far, can be precisely described when the dimensions of 'orality' and 'expertise' are related to each other.
