In migration societies like ours, people from different cultural backgrounds are increasingly coming together. Employees in psychosocial services are particularly expected to possess therapeutic and counseling skills that can help even in situations where cultural differences complicate contact. The three authors here develop a new comprehensive concept that can be easily and successfully implemented in therapy, counseling, and supervision.
