The pressure-kneading therapy developed by Saionji Masayuki aims to identify and treat the extraordinarily common pelvic tilt. The pelvic tilt affects the statics of the spine and thus becomes an unrecognized cause of various minor and serious ailments. In the first part of the book, which focuses on Yumeiho therapy, the author explains the diverse symptoms through examples. He demonstrates how to detect the pelvic tilt without any equipment. However, Saionji has also developed a device, similar to a scale, that can very accurately determine this tilt based on the unequal weight distribution. Following this, the many grips and techniques are explained in detail with illustrations. Each grip is shown with one or more images. This first part is intended only for professionals. The grips should not be attempted by untrained individuals.
