This edited volume empirically and theoretically addresses various aspects of sustainable corporate management. Continuous global population growth and increasing consumption, along with growing globalization, lead to the depletion of the natural resources available in our environment without countermeasures. In this situation, strategic leadership of companies and organizations becomes increasingly important, incorporating all relevant stakeholders from the three sustainability perspectives of "economy," "ecology," and "social." The goal should be intergenerational development that meets the needs of the current generation without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. Based on this foundation, the authors address current, practical topics.
