The turquoise waters of the Soca, crystal-clear mountain lakes, waterfalls, pastures with cows and sheep, as well as rugged karst landscapes in the mountains – Triglav National Park has many facets. Wobbly river bridges, small climbing passages, and narrow mountain trails make hiking in Slovenia's mountains exciting for children as well. A break by one of the many streams offers the opportunity to splash around and cool off your feet. Some rivers and lakes in the national park can also be explored by raft, kayak, or SUP. There are 45 hiking and discovery tours for families with children: from easy hikes in the Soca Valley to thrilling climbing routes to waterfalls and the first real mountain tours.
