Product details
This book further develops ideas that we first introduced in "Net Gain - Profit in the Net." It continues to focus on the conception of new business models that specifically utilize the internet, rather than simply aiming to do what has been done before faster and cheaper. "Net Gain" was a success because it systematically analyzed the profit opportunities that exist within networks. We worked with a specific business model - the virtual community - to illustrate the unique capabilities of digital networks and to demonstrate how these can be harnessed to establish a lucrative business with a very attractive economic foundation. Through our work with clients, we are convinced that digital networks enable many new business models. They evolve together in complex patterns that require a specific new business logic.
