Transformations on the Path to Femininity Dorit Stövhase-Klaunig aims to encourage women with her book to break free from external images of what it means to be a woman and to look inward, to discover in their hearts what defines their own femininity. She guides women mythologically along the trail of Inanna on a journey of purification and awareness towards the separated and forgotten inner knowledge; leading them to the transformative phases of the moon and the transformations of the elements. For each of the four elements, there is a meditation that reconnects women with these truly elemental forces: with the organic powers of growth, decay, and rebirth.
