Pastors practice a fascinating profession. It is diverse, challenging, and always close to people. Around 30 men and women from various congregations share honestly and personally about their motivation to pursue this special calling, their professional journeys, and the joys and struggles of their everyday lives in the service of God. The title is published in the IGW Edition. Since 2008, the IGW Edition has been published by Neufeld Verlag, under the auspices of the Institute for Church Development and World Mission in Zurich. There, aspiring pastors, church leaders, and church and diaconal workers receive theological training in training centers in Switzerland, Germany, and Austria.
