Low-threshold support services primarily function to open access to social assistance for hard-to-reach target groups. Hemma Mayrhofer explores this task in a comprehensive qualitative-empirical study, investigating how it is accomplished and what specific challenges and paradoxes arise from the particular working methods for the organization and its staff.
