Product details

The main currents of reconstructive social research are oriented in their micrological praxeology towards the constitution of social reality in people's everyday lives. The abductive yield is intended to lead to theory formation. Critical social theory, in its abstraction and complexity, is not meant here. The empiricism of reconstructive social research is neither interested in grand social theory nor in the normative measurement of social reality. The interpretative paradigm shifts towards positivism. This self-restraint is epistemologically problematized. A theory of the subject in everyday life is not possible without a theory of the tissue structure of economy, politics, law, culture, social structure, and the individual.
