Emotionalisierung durch Nachrichten

Product details
The study examines the emotional effects during and after news reception from dynamic and static perspectives. Emotions serve as an information processing mechanism that can lead to a connection between the perception of relevant information and a readiness to act. In an exploratory experimental study, reception-related measurement methods are combined with post-reception assessments. In addition to findings on emotional information processing in news reception, it becomes clear that process measurements and post-receptive surveys are not interchangeable: both provide different perspectives on a phenomenon and each has its own explanatory power.
