Labor law relationships are heavily influenced by European integration. This book familiarizes students of law, economics, and political science at universities and universities of applied sciences with European labor law, also addressing it from a comparative legal and international law perspective. The first part of the volume presents the development of EU labor law in interaction with internal market law and analyzes the distribution of competencies between the EU, member states, and social partners.
