The volume provides an overview of current scientific discourses on gender politics in economics, politics, and administration. It presents both theory-driven analyses and empirical findings, as well as concepts and solutions for greater gender equality. The aim of the textbook is to showcase results from gender research across various scientific disciplines to illustrate how comparable patterns of inequality manifest in structures, norms, and laws.
