With the aim of shaping change from a transcendent perspective alongside overt learning and development processes, the author provides thought-provoking insights for personnel and organizational development, leadership, and management on how and where it is possible to give space to spirituality as a pre-normative dimension. This includes foundational concepts regarding the interpretation and impact of spirituality, personnel and organizational development, entrepreneurial diakonia, and the integration possibilities of spirituality into current management models. Building on this, central elements of a management model as well as concrete tools for personnel and organizational development and their potential integration of spirituality are presented. These range from SWOT analysis to strategy development with the Balanced Scorecard, and personnel development tools throughout the employee lifecycle, such as working with competencies.
