Christian Opitz was born in Berlin in 1970. Even in his early childhood, he stood out due to his giftedness and great interest in natural sciences. Motivated by his own health issues, he turned to self-taught studies in naturopathy and nutrition at the age of 13. In 1990, he began sharing his discoveries through lectures, seminars, and publications. He is the founder of the holistic learning system "Learn Like a Genius" and "Liberated Nutrition," which encapsulates the essence of his 27 years of research on nutrition. Christian Opitz conducts international seminars on health, nutrition, holistic learning, and spiritual awakening.
