The new issue of the successful series "Upper Secondary Religion" presents the topic of "Religions" in the context of the classical themes of the educational curriculum. It covers tribal religions, Buddhism, Judaism, Christianity, Islam, and religious phenomena in popular culture through thematic cross-sections. The issue approaches religions through typical phenomena that everyone can observe in everyday life. However, sensationalism through the exoticism of the unfamiliar is consciously avoided. Rather, the inherent dignity of the various religions serves as a criterion for engagement and is an important learning objective as well. The issue is committed to the current state of religious studies research and also aims to guide towards a theology of religions.
