The revised manual provides a practice-oriented description of the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorders in children and adolescents aged approximately 8 to 18 years. The new edition includes various additional content, such as the design of the therapeutic relationship, therapy motivation, and the use of media in psychotherapy. New therapeutic developments, such as metacognitive, mindfulness, and acceptance-oriented strategies, have been integrated into the treatment program. Additionally, the mindfulness group "MOMENTO" is introduced, which can be used alongside individual therapy for adolescents. The manual first presents the symptoms and classification of obsessive-compulsive disorder and references current findings from therapy research. It then outlines the entire therapy process in the form of modules.
