Neighbor disputes with a public law aspect occupy numerous administrative courts in Germany. A comprehensive overview of the currently applicable legal situation and the case law of administrative courts regarding public construction neighbor law is often only presented tangentially in textbooks and commentaries. It is particularly important to consider the specifics of substantive law on one hand and procedural and process law on the other in the frequent three-party constellations.
