Olympia is an actress with heart and soul. She dreams of one day playing Juliet in Shakespeare's love drama. However, she refuses to climb onto the casting couch, as she believes in true love. When she actually meets her Romeo during filming, everything becomes even more complicated: the jealous Venus, star of the Orsay Studios, does everything she can to outshine her rival and win Romeo for herself. Catherine Meurisse has created a masterpiece: in "Olympia in Love," she humorously combines film, painting, and dance, staging her own "West Side Story" and conveniently relocating it to the Musée d'Orsay in Paris.
