For 471 days, 97 hours, 113 seconds, and 11 milliseconds, Schoscho, the little French lake monster, has been living far from his homeland in Grandma Frida's coffee cup. It's not that he isn't happy there, but Schoscho does feel homesick. Of course, Grandma Frida has a plan: she hopes to win money for a trip to Schoscho's homeland. One day, when a pure white racing boat appears in her garden, the adventure begins, as it takes the two of them, along with the boat, into the desert.
