At the end of the 3rd millennium, a governmental restructuring takes place among humanity. Until now, humanity has been divided into two groups: the Base and the Privileged. Sebastian, who belongs to the Base, has a terrible job, little free time, and feels tyrannized by a Privileged person named Vera. A key experience fundamentally changes his perspective.
