This ancient art of foot technique reached its peak under Master Mo Ti in the year 500. It consists of eight panels presented in this book. One of them is known to us as foot reflexology. This original system is based on the fundamental principles of Chinese medicine and traces back to the giant A-IE, the Yellow Emperor, Master Red Pine, and others. Humans are always connected to their environment and the dualistic forces in the cosmos, Yin and Yang. In particular, the five elements and their system of influence must be considered. Each finger is assigned an element. Each of the five elements is conveyed through a corresponding technique. Although many finger positions and special zones, as well as the number of movements during application, make the system complicated, it is extraordinarily effective, as anyone can easily verify.
