This work was carried out at the service company sys-pro GmbH in Berlin, which offers IT solutions for other companies using self-developed software. As part of this work, a concept for optimizing software quality assurance was developed. It is based on the creation of test scenarios that are universally applicable, reproducible, and traceable for the manual testing of all customer projects. Furthermore, a standard foundation for the tests was established using SQL scripts, aimed at defining starting points before the tests are conducted.
