What a noise! Everyone is trying to outdo each other until a strange newcomer moves in with his bird. Now everyone is complaining about Mr. Anderson's little bird's chirping. Until Mr. Anderson decides to find a new apartment. Immediately, the racket starts up again: the vacuum cleaner, the lawnmower, the tin horns, and the chainsaw are all making a commotion. Yet each person quietly thinks to themselves, "How calm and peaceful it was when Mr. Anderson lived here."
