This competency-oriented work has been newly designed. It covers learning fields 1 to 4 of the electrical engineering vocational field according to the framework curriculum and is specifically aimed at students in vocational schools and introductory vocational classes. The chosen learning situations allow for an independent entry into electrical engineering. To further facilitate access to the topic, the interests of the learners have been taken into account when selecting examples, such as bicycle lighting systems or robot competitions. The learning situations are divided into smaller learning tasks and include the corresponding subject systematics along with the task description. The learning process can take place both individually and in partner or group work.
