A dragon is, as we know from myths, legends, and fairy tales, a fire-breathing monster that has a special connection to maidens, guards treasures, and devastates landscapes. This leads to the conclusion that dragons must be slain by heroic knights to free humanity from these monsters. Dragons are immensely large. And they look like lizards - or so we believe - with powerful jaws, fearsome claws, and poisonous breath. And let's not forget the enormous bat-like wings that carry these reptilian creatures through the air. Dragons have accompanied our history for thousands of years and are inseparably linked to our culture.
