In the year 2402, a decision looms: The Terrans are advancing towards Andro-Beta, a small galaxy on the outskirts of the great Andromeda galaxy. There, Perry Rhodan and his companions aim to eliminate the threat posed to the Milky Way by the Masters of the Island and their attacks. With his spaceship, the Crest II, Perry Rhodan embarks on initial exploratory flights into the completely unfamiliar space. They encounter a Moby, a gigantic living being capable of existing in the void between the stars. Inside it live the mysterious Twonoser - a multifaceted people.
